Do I need an account to use KickOff?
No. There's no sign-up or login, ever — no name, email, or password required to use KickOff.
Why is a live score slightly delayed?
Live scores update on a short delay rather than instantly, so a goal or score change may lag the real-world event by a few seconds.
Where does the match data and predictions come from?
Fixtures, standings, statistics, and predictions are all sourced from a third-party football data provider (API-Football).
Why can't I see data for a league or match?
Some competitions or historical data may not be available depending on data provider coverage and API rate limits. Please try again shortly.
How do I follow a team or league?
Open any team, league, or fixture screen and tap the favorite (star) icon. Favorited items appear in the Following tab. Following a team or league is used to power push notifications for it — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do push notifications work?
You can opt in to kickoff reminders, goal alerts, and full-time results for teams you follow. Notifications are off by default and can be turned on/off anytime in the App or in iOS Settings.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstall the App — this stops all data collection right away, and any data held for that installation (followed teams/leagues, reminders, push registration) is automatically deleted within 180 days. You can also email us at support@kickoff-sports.app — see our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a bug or request a feature?
Email us at support@kickoff-sports.app with a description of the issue and, if possible, a screenshot.
